Solutions provided:

Our crews removed of the previous liner, installed drainage pipes, performed a mold treatment as well as installed a complete encapsulation system with sump pump and dehumidifier. A heavy liner was installed over the ground, and pillars and perimeter walls were sealed and insulated with closed cell foam. The drainage system will prevent future flooding and damage to the home’s crawlspace area. The encapsulation will ensure that the space is cleaner and more energy efficient, which will impact the efficiency and comfort of the entire home.
