Attic Insulation - Historic House Renovation
The City of Pikeville was renovating a house built in the 1800s. The historic house had absolutely no Insulation in the walls or attic. Without insulation, you can imagine how uncomfortable this house was. It was very cold and drafty in the winter, and very hard to keep cool in the summer, because all of the cool air escapes through the uninsulated walls and attic. These problems are very common in homes built during this era. Reed's applied dense pack cellulose in all areas as needed and solved the city's insulation need for this beautiful home.
