Our crew removed the old insulation and replaced it with 4" of open cell foam as a means to not only insulate the structure, but also provide a 94% efficient air seal for the space. Then, the walls were insulated with the same insulation, completing the air seal as well as yielding an R-Value of 15+ for the area.
